Service Description

Freelancer Proposal Generator is a browser-based tool that helps freelancers create professional proposals. The tool generates proposal content based on the information you provide. All processing happens in your browser.

Free and Paid Features

The proposal wizard and HTML export are free to use with no limits. The PDF download feature is a paid upgrade at $29 AUD (one-time purchase, not a subscription).

Refund Policy

Since digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the product does not work as described, email jackmckew2@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

Disclaimer

The proposals generated by this tool are templates. You are responsible for reviewing and customising them before sending to clients. We do not provide legal, financial, or business advice. The pricing guide and rate benchmarks are for informational purposes only.

Intellectual Property

You own the proposals you create. We do not claim any rights over your content. The tool itself (code, design, and branding) is owned by Jack McKew.

Limitation of Liability

This tool is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any losses arising from using proposals generated by this tool, including but not limited to lost revenue, client disputes, or incorrect pricing calculations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
